How do I open it?
IXEL One adds the drive to your computer when you sign in, in Finder, File Explorer or your Linux file manager. Nothing to set up.
How much is included?
Base includes 100 GB, Pro 250 GB, and Ultra and Ultra Max 500 GB. Team and Enterprise include 500 GB per seat, pooled for the whole account.
Can I add more?
Yes, in 100 GB blocks for $10 a month each.
How much can I download?
Each month, three times your storage: 300 GB on Base, 750 GB on Pro, 1.5 TB on Ultra and Ultra Max, and 1.5 TB per seat on Team and Enterprise, pooled. Anything more is $0.05 per GB.
Is it on the Free plan?
No. IXEL Drive starts on Base.
