Accounts and models
Plans Free and Base: 2 of your own AI accounts, with failover. Unlimited on Pro and up.
Accounts
Section titled “Accounts”Choose Accounts… in the Agents tab, or type /login. Add a Claude or Codex account: the provider gives you a link or a code, and you paste a code back if it asks. You can start a sign-in on one device and finish it on another.
You can add several accounts of each kind. Remove one from the same window.
Free and Base include 2 accounts. Pro and up have no limit. See Plans.
Routing
Section titled “Routing”With the model set to Automatic, IXEL One picks the model and the account for each request.
- When an account hits its limit, the chat moves to another account, carrying the conversation with it.
- When every account is at its limit, it waits for the next reset.
- When a model is overloaded, it tries another.
/usage shows each account’s usage windows and when they reset.
The advisor
Section titled “The advisor”The advisor is a stronger model the agent can ask for a second opinion. Pick it in the bar under the message box, or turn it off.
Web search and images
Section titled “Web search and images”- Web search runs on the cheapest signed-in model your rules allow, with its provider’s own search.
- Image generation works while a Codex account is signed in. It saves PNG files where the agent chooses, or in the chat’s scratchpad.
Which models may work here
Section titled “Which models may work here”A project’s policy can allow or deny models. Routing, failover and subagents keep to it. See Approvals and safety.
