Included AI usage

Usage limits reset every 5 hours and every week, and IXEL shows how much of each you’ve used as a percentage. On Team and Enterprise, usage is shared by everyone in the organisation.

Agents never count as seats.

Always-on agents (coming soon) keep working on IXEL’s servers when your laptop’s closed. They edit code, run tools and use a browser; builds and tests run on your own computers. They use your included IXEL AI usage or your own API keys; your Claude and ChatGPT accounts work on your own computers. An idle agent pauses after 15 minutes and resumes in about a second for 4 hours, then in a few seconds for up to 30 days after you last used it. See Always-on agents.
